Number CO4 in Atlas's "Comedies" series. Atlas was known for its eye-straining print quality, but this one has to be the absolute worst example. We *think* its Bobby Ray in the lead (it sure ain't Al Cooke, which is the name on the film box), but feel free to take your own guess. As always, if anyone's seen the actual film from which this is cut-down, please tell us in the comments.
