Atlanta City Council is considering a new "parking bill of rights" that would require private parking lots to clearly post pricing, payment methods and dispute procedures for penalty invoices. The proposal also adds transparency requirements for license plate reader cameras used at some lots. The ordinance passed Atlanta's Transportation Committee unanimously and heads to the full council for a vote Monday.
