Over the weekend Director of the ATF Robert Cekada had a bit of an episode on X where he talked about the lack of patience as it pertains to ATF guidance in the NFA injunction that bars the ATF from enforcing elements of the National Firearms Act as it pertains to untaxed firearms AGAINST SOME PEOPLE. In that thread he hinted that ATF will be rolling out some convoluted guidance instead of going with the constitution. If it is unconstitutional to enforce against one citizen, under the 14th amendment, it is Unconstitutional for all citizens. The ball is in the ATF's court when it comes to Jensen v. ATF
