A video summary of the UK Air Accident Investigation Branch report into the fatal crash of a light aircraft G-BXBU at Somerset in England in August 2021. The report into the accident was published April 2023.

The pilot of G-BXBU was not qualified to fly in IMC, but entered cloud and crashed after attempting a day trip to the Isles of Scilly. The AAIB report found failings and shortcomings in the air traffic services provided to the pilot and made 7 safety recommendations.
