We take a look at an Atari 65XE with no video output. It appears to be completely dead, so let's see what we can do about that.

Notes: While the Atari only requires 5V DC and it is possible to use a phone charger cable wired up to a DIN plug, you must must sure it is capable of delivering a smooth 5V and rated at least 1.5A - don't use a cheap charger.
The ultra video and super video mods both disable RF out (obviously) and also composite out. As such, if you plan on doing this mod then there's no point to create a cable with composite video out - I only realised this after building the cable π
