Checkers is a computer version of the popular board game and follows the same rules.
The goal of the game is to eliminate all of your opponents from the 8x8 game board. This is done by moving your pieces diagonally forward on the board; Your opponent's piece is eliminated from play if one of your pieces jumps over it (if one of your pieces has the ability to jump over your opponent's piece, you must make this move). In this soccer match, each team has one striker, two defenders, and one goalkeeper. The front and rear always run in formation. You only control the goalkeeper when he has the ball, he will be controlled by the computer.
The match is divided into 2 halves with the aim of scoring as many goals as possible within the allotted time. The time allowed varies depending on game settings. (See game variations below)

Games 1 to 27 are two-player games.
Games 28 to 54 are played with one player against the computer.
Player speed
The players move at a slow pace and each half lasts three minutes in games 1 to 9 and 28 to 36. The players move at an average speed and each half lasts 4 minutes in games 10 to 18 and 37 to 45.
The players move at a fast pace and each half lasts 5 minutes in games 19 to 27 and 46 to 54.
Penalty for exceeding the limit
There are no penalties in games 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 12, 19, 20, 21 and 28 through 54. If the ball reaches the edge of the court, it will simply bounce into play.
There were only sideline penalties in games 4, 5, 6, 13, 14, 15, 22, 23 and 24. The ball may go out of bounds but may not go left or right of the goal.
There are full penalties in games 7, 8, 9, 16, 17, 18, 25, 26 and 27. The ball can go out of bounds anywhere except into the goal.
