Ataraxia Music - The Fighter 2025 💪🏼
The Fighter is a melodic dubstep song I produced and published on June 21, 2024, the longest day of the year. I didn't use real drums, so I did the best I could to create a really big sound using samples for drums. The rest I played on the keyboard using synthesizers, mostly. I also used compression to make the track bounce somewhat to give it a magical feel throughout the composition.
The Fighter 2025 uses REAL ELECTRONIC DRUMMING instead of Drum Samples. I might be tempted to call it also melodic dubstep, but it has almost none of those elements with exception to the structure, which is: Intro, verse, build, chorus, verse build chorus, bridge, chorus, outro!
Using real guitar is somewhat of an additional element as well. If you follow me at all, my thing is a touch of piano because I love the instrument so much. I played the piano for years in practice rooms and at home whenever there was a piano there growing up, which was not always. Anyway, I love the sound of piano, and there's a small piano solo toward the end of The Fighter 2025 💪🏼.
