Wireshark is hands down one of the best packet analysis tools in existence. Bar none. However, when we capture packets with Wireshark, we are relying on the hardware that it is installed on to do the actual collecting.
Since most downloads of Wireshark are to Laptops, it would be good to know at what point our hardware starts to exceed the traffic threshold it is capable of capturing.
In this video, we shoot-out a laptop to see when it starts to drop packets. The results will surprise you!
