8th October 1998, Armbrust Schoolhouse, Greensburg PA.
Show lineup was Dawson High, The Juliana Theory, At The Drive-In and Knapsack (part of a US tour with Knapsack). The Knapsack set can be found here which confirms without a doubt this is the same show:

This show was NOT in El Paso; people used to say it was when the video seemed like just a myth but it isn't true based on the evidence and the various people who attended this show in the comments (including a guy who claims to have filmed it).

Quick background: when I used to post on The Comatorium people used to go on about this "classroom" video where ATD-I played in a classroom and how great it was, but it had been lost in the depths of the internet. But someone managed to get hold of it and share it. I dunno if its still considered rare but when people found this it was like the holy grail. The footage is amazing, sound quality isn't professional but it suits the show. I had the video in 4 parts so I stuck them together, some stuff gets cut off but I think that's the cameraman stopping to change film/batteries.
Anyway, enjoy this.
