Today I'm making one of my favourite recipes with the first harvests from my garden....but I'm giving it a tweak to help with my weight loss. I'll be calculating the calories for this scratch cooked recipe and showing you how I do it (as I did for most of my recipes at the new year) and showing how I manage a calorie controlled diet without counting calories or weighing and measuring every time. Plus a fab book!
