In this video, we spend our weekend with children popping by …going to a birthday party for a granddaughter ….and seeing more grands and great grands. Yes, we do know we are very blessed to have all this. My point is that we know that maintaining our happiness and resilience depends on making the effort to stay connected with family ….even though it might be too easy to say “no”..because of energy loss, lethargy, laziness, aches and pains (aging is not for sissies…as the saying goes… ) so WE CHOOSE TO BE THERE ….TO SHOW UP….and in return , accept all the love that comes our way. 🩷
