This is an unboxing, setup & tests video of the VZ239HR. A 23 inch 1080p IPS panel from ASUS.
I bought this on my birthday at the R.O.G. (Republic Of Gamers) store, last June 18 to be exact.
It was a pretty good upgrade from my 18.5 TN and PLS panels to be honest.
And just like most IPS panels on the market, it has some barely noticeable backlight bleed which you can't even notice unless you really focus and/or be in a dark room and look at black images.
The blacks are decent enough for me. Though, for some reason, my secondary monitor always have deeper blacks than my main one.
I know it's not the monitors fault tho, because when I made my main monitor the secondary, it became the one with the deeper blacks.
Even if I unplugged the cables and insert them on other ports on my GPU, the secondary monitor always have deeper blacks.
It also suffers from random black screens. But I think I might have a solution for that and if it worked, I'm going to make a video about it soon.

Wield the power of RSYNC by just using a single line of code.
Do take note that you can use various combinations of options to fit your own use case.
For my usage, I couple it with bash aliases, so that I can have the ability to just sync/backup certain folders everytime I want to.
Yes, I dont really automate stuff when it comes to syncing things, because doing it that way had saved me more than a few times from losing some files.
This is by far my longest video as of late.
This took me quite a long time to finish, so long that I managed to apply new things I learned about editing while editing this. lol.
