It was CRU's fault. I've been using this since 2023, but things went wrong after moving it from E drive to D drive. My screen isn't damaged yet, nor is it even that bad or horribly funny.
Originally, the refresh rate was set to 144Hz, but I didn't like it. I tried dividing it by 2, but the result wasn't ideal. I switched to 120Hz instead because it divides by 2 cleanly and fits the math perfectly!
