The 2025 SKAO science meeting brought together more than 600 people from 26 countries in person and online. Held in Görlitz, Germany, it featured 200 talks and 150 posters, with many early career researchers in attendance.
There were also outreach activities for the local community, including a day-long tabletop radio telescope session for local schoolchildren.
The meeting was co-hosted by the SKAO, the German Centre for Astrophysics (DZA), Max Planck Institute for Radio Astronomy, and the Association for Data Intensive Radio Astronomy (VdR).
