This is one of the many beautiful songs from Powapowa-P, one of my favourite Vocaloid producers. May he rest in peace.
I decided to mix Miku and Reol's versions of this song into once, since I think they're both endearing in their own way. By the way, if they ever sound our of sync with each other, it's because they sing very differently. Miku's notes are a lot shorter - so yeah, that's not a mistake ^^
