Test for SRP0.9.3PTB2 to run multiple regular cars (not for traffic only) and rival cars to race against rival cars.
fast_lane.ai uses SRP official (for PTB1). ai_hints.ini is not used.
There is a problem with slow speed of rival vehicles. Continuing to examine ways to resolve this issue.
