Make a splitter cable that goes from the Apple //e composite output to the LCD composite and S-Video inputs.

It's a custom cable that has a male RCA jack on one end, and on the other end the cable splits into both a male RCA jack and an S-Video jack. For the S-Video, pins 3 & 4 (luminance & chrominance) are *both* connected to the center wire of the RCA cable, while pins 1 & 2 (grounds) are both connected to the outside wire of the RCA cable. The single RCA jack plugs into the back of an Apple //e or //c or ][+, while the two jacks on the other end both plug into your LCD. That way you can quickly switch your LCD to display S-Video (good for Apple text) or composite (good for games).
