I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 at JF Dion School.
In the assembly, I talked about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness. I challenged to focus on being their best, instead of trying to be the best. I also challenged them to start a Frisbee Club, which I promised to support and help get going.
During the workshops, they learned all about throwing & catching, ultimate, disc golf, freestyle, creating throws, and inventing games.
