I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to 120 students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 at Fox Valley School.
During the assembly, I talked about the value of physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness. The two main takeaways are: Just try, and when you do try, be YOUR best.
During the workshops they learned all about disc golf, ultimate, freestyle, guts, inventing games, and creating throws.
