With the delay to the latest #assassinscreedshadows game only last month, I wanted to cover a range of PC configurations and both the PS5 and PS5 Pro versions to compare how they look, run and differ. With Anvil engine powering the series since inception, I look back at the origins of Ubi Soft, the pioneering AC series, the technology improvements within, optimal settings on a range of PC, PS5 equivalent for all modes and even a sample of the latest Patch 1.02 PSSR update.
