It takes 1.53 seconds from the first frame of the flash to the first frame of the kill animation. Garnier de Naplouse: 2.93 sec Position yourself so that you can start low-profile movement into the hospital once Garnier is done talking. The west entrance (shown in video) offers a shorter path to Garniers starting point, which is behind the double doors. The white flash usually indicates when you can start high-profile movement in a mission, but it comes about a second early in the Garnier mission. Thats why I continue to walk for a bit after the flash before I transition to running (not sprinting). Garnier will head to a randomly selected patient. If you are lucky, Garnier will head west as you run east. Since he is facing you, you will be Exposed if you sprint (thx stabguy) or bump into anyone. In this video, it takes 2.93 seconds from the first frame of the flash to the first frame of the kill animation. Talal: 24.00 sec Big kudos to stabguy for discovering the acrobatic leap from the first ladder to the candellabra. Altair pulls himself up during the brief cutscene where Talal climbs out, which saves 2-3 seconds. This leap is pretty tricky; I fail about 1 in 3 tries. You need to aim the left thumbstick at about the 5 oclock position as you kick off near the top of the ladder. Your viewing angle will affect your aim as well. It takes 24.00 seconds from the first frame of movement to the first frame of the kill animation. This mission could probably be done a little faster if attempted immediately after the cutscene, which allows you to position yourself a little closer to the ladder. A high-profile assassination at the end of this video might have saved a fraction of a second, but its hard to tell.
