Open Cheat Engine and hook it to Assassin's Creed, after that open my Cheat Table, which you can download here:

The normal max shadow resolution is 1024. The highest I have been able to safely use is 4040, which is the setting I used in this video.
For HBAO+, use Nvidia Inspector and go to the set the Assassin's Creed Revelations profile. Set the "Ambient Occlusion compatibility" value to
0x00000022
then scroll down until you see "Ambient Occlusion setting" and set it to High quality, then set "Ambient Occlusion usage" to "enabled".
After that, make sure to set the "Reflection Quality" ingame to medium.
