Read the Description please!

I was having trouble because my Level was lower that the main story requirement and I didn't really know what was the fastest way to level up (besides paying an XP boost, thx ubisoft). So, I tried different things and the fastest way was doing Conquest Battles.
Pretty simple isn't it? But the trick is to do it fast.
-Step 1: Kill the Leader First, the nation power should lower by 200.

-Step 2: Mercenaries will hunt you! Ignore them, go to the Bounty Sponsor and kill him (it will be useful for the next step and it lower the nation power a bit).

-Step 3: Go to a Fort, any fort, there should be a lot of enemies, kill them all, burn their war supplies. And the Battle conquest should be available (killing the bounty sponsor previously is to avoid mercenaries to surrond you when you attack the fort).

-Step 4: Always join the Offensive Side! You'll get more items and a New Leader will appear! If you decide to help the defensive side, it'll be much longer as the leader will already be dead.

That's how I do it. Without worrying about recording my session this process takes me around 10 to 12 minutes.

Hope this helps, even though it's kinda basic, it can be confusing especially if you're not used to Open World or haven't played an Assassin's Creed in a long time.
