Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag Resynced Review (PC, PS5, Xbox Series X | S)
Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced is a decent remake, however in key aspects like the gameplay it is a downgrade and Worse than the original game. It is pretty obvious Ubisoft is getting desperate and this remake is yet another attempt to weaponize nostalgia to cash in once again on the work of far more talented devs in the past. While some aspects like the graphics and the removal of the modern day story segments definitely improve the experience, the changed combat & the insane amount of bugs and glitches you will encounter definitely hold back an otherwise great remake of an even better game. Overall I did enjoy my time with Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced but I can't help feeling a little sad that we will probably never get another original game of this caliber from Ubisoft again.
