There are 7 Underwater Shipwrecks containing 68 Treasure Chests in Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag Resynced for the Seven Deadly Seas trophy / achievement (61 Regular Chests & 7 Secret Chests).

They are only available after Sequence 06 – Mission 01: Diving for Medicines. After this main quest they get marked on the map. The treasure chests appear when diving near them.
