There are 12 Ultimate Upgrade Plans in Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag Resynced. They are needed to fully upgrade your ship The Jackdaw. The final upgrade in some categories requires the Ultimate Upgrade Plan.

6 are from chests in Underwater Shipwrecks (the first 6 in this video) and 6 are from finding specific Treasure Maps and digging up their treasures. You can only access the shipwrecks after Story Sequence 06 - Mission 01: Diving for Medicines.

$Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy - Untouchable Trophy Guide / Achievement Guide Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy - Untouchable Trophy Guide / Achievement Guide - Successfully parry 6 attacks in a row [Silver] This trophy is a bit glitchy and doesn’t properly unlock on lower difficulties. Be sure to play on Nightmare difficulty (the highest difficulty) and enable Invincible Mode. You can change this at any time in Settings - General - Difficulty & Invincible Mode. Having the “Rusty Sword” equipped also seems to make it unlock. A good spot to do this is Chapter X – Parallel Paths, Subchapter 1 – The Bridge, Objective: Fight the army. The first enemy encounter of this chapter will take place on a bridge with many enemies. Stand around and spam L1 to parry them. When done correctly you will hear a “chime sound” and the enemy is stunned. You are also allowed to block/deflect other attacks in between. You just aren’t allowed to get hit, but blocking/deflecting the non-glowing attacks with L1 is fine. So just spam that one button.
