Craft the Hunter outfit.
To craft the Hunter outfit you need one Red Howler Monkey skin & one White Jaguar pelt
Both Red Howler Monkeys & White Jaguars are extremely hard to find, they can be found anywhere on the map where there is a Howler Monkey or Jaguar symbol. Monkeys can be brought down from trees by shooting them with a sleep dart.
If you have the money you can just buy Red Howler Monkey Skin for 5000R and White Jaguar Pelt for 6000R which is likely to save you a lot of time hoping one of them appear.
Once you have acquired both either by purchasing them or hunting them you can enter the crafting menu and craft the Hunters Outfit.
