ASP made some intresting design changes to their all metal Sentry Handcuff.
Things I noticed are :

1. Stronger Spring
2. Extra Pawl Tooth
3. tighter tolerances between bow and body
4. Tighter keyway


Does this make them impossible to escape?

Not really - they have made it trickier, but left some glaring errors still in the design.
