I couldn't take the smile off my face making this one. The ASM Leviasynth is finally in my studio and if you know this channel, you know I adore the Hydrasynth. It's the proof that digital synthesizers can sound incredible 🎛️
But this one goes further: a genuinely digital heart, an algorithmic engine that goes deep into FM and phase modulation territory, and then a real ANALOG filter on the end of it. There aren't many instruments that do both.
We unbox it, then I show you how to actually build a sound from scratch on the overhead camera and by the end I'm making the filters sing on their own.
