As 2025 comes to a close, I want to invite you into reflection—not resolutions.

In this episode, I’m sharing the same six reflection questions I asked myself as I looked back on the year, along with the six lessons that emerged from that process. I tell my stories, yes—but more importantly, I invite you to pause and reflect on your own.

This is an episode for anyone who:
• Had a year that didn’t look impressive but felt meaningful
• Is tired of hustle-culture “new year, new you” messaging
• Wants clarity without shame
• Is carrying both grief and gratitude from this year

Together, we reflect on:
• How to recognize progress that isn’t visible
• Why small, quiet moments matter more than big wins
• What healing actually looks like in real life
• How reflection—not pressure—creates change

You don’t need to fix your life before the new year.
Sometimes, you just need to understand it.

🖊️ If it helps, listen with a notebook nearby.
