On Ask an Atheist, The National Prayer Breakfast: Back To The Bad Old Days:
New reporting from Jonathan Larsen at TYT revealed that the kinder, gentler and more inclusive National Prayer Breakfast only lasted six months. The former Chair of the Breakfast, Senator Mark Pryor, who wanted to move the breakfast in a new direction, is out, and Caroline Aderholt, the wife of an ardent Christian Nationalist, Representative Robert Aderholt is in. Caroline Aderholt is a leader with Concerned Women for America, which is considered a hardcore anti-gay group by the Southern Poverty Law Center. We’ll talk with Jonathan Larsen about his new reporting.
