ڈاکٹر عصمت آرا خان کولکۃ میں پیدا ہوئیں اور کچھ عرصہ وہیں پرورش پائی۔ ابتدائی تعلیم ممبئی سے حا صل کرنے کے بعد گریجویشن کے لیے کے۔ پی۔ سی میڈیکل کالج و ہسپتال چلی گئیں۔
ডাঃ ইসমাত আরা খানের জন্ম এবং আংশিকভাবে বড় হওয়া কলকাতায়; মুম্বাইয়ে স্কুল শেষ করেছেন এবং কেপিসি মেডিকেল কলেজ ও হাসপাতালে থেকে গ্রাডুয়েশন করে, বর্তমানে তিনি কলকাতা মেডিকেল কলেজে এমডি ডিগ্রি অর্জন করার প্রস্তুতি নিচ্ছেন।
