Sensei Bar is a fun, Asian-inspired experience that specializes in quality sake, and creative cocktails, along with bao buns and easily shareable bites. I highly recommend taking the time to talk to Amane Kanai*, Sensei Bar’s warm and humble International sake sommelier, and allow him to guide you through a sake experience paired with bites that will enhance all the flavours. Amane and his team took such care to make sure we were spoiled. He even opened up a heavenly bottle of Minowamon Kimoto sake, took the time to explain the story behind the bottle and shared a glass with us.
