The song was written for an online art exhibition during the pandemic to showcase artists' emotions during the periods of lockdown in 2020. The track aims to capture the feelings of loneliness and isolation and how easy it is to get caught up in the emotions of the past with the repeating lyric ‘I’m trapped inside the feelings of yesterday’.
