This video is of the Gaerlan's Citadel quest in Asheron's Call. This is the "mid" version of the quest which is restricted to characters level 40 to 59. This quest is one of the more famous ones in Asheron's Call and features many memorable moments (such as the Rolling Balls of Death).
External buffs from a buff bot are used to help survive this quest. 7 characters are just barely enough to get through it. Gaerlan is a fairly difficult boss, especially in the level restricted versions of the quest.
I never knew that the different level versions of this quest were not the same. In this version, the boss Gaerlan is located in a room with lava pit. This is different than the low level and uber versions of the quest. (I'm not sure about the high version.)
