Aerbax's Prodigal Monouga aka Monouga Laboratory (low) quest in Asheron's Call on PC. There was a bug at the time this video was recorded which caused the giant monouga to spawn outside of the laboratory without ringing the bell. Normally the big monouga should only spawn outside the lab when summoned using the bell.
