About the Speaker

Asha Sahni
Asha is Governance Officer and Chair of the Neurodiversity Staff Network at the University of Bristol. She brings over 15 years’ experience in the career guidance field and a deep interest in people and their potential to her work on Reciprocal Mentoring. Asha is deeply committed to equity and has worked with Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) networks, forums and initiatives in higher and further education, the NHS and the voluntary sector. She has an ILM Diploma in Management Coaching and Mentoring and an MSc in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes.
