According to New Agers, when you're sufficiently spiritual awakened you might ascend to the fifth dimension. And the way to tell that's happening is to think of many common ailments that should been seen to by a doctor as signs that you're actually going through a very spiritual experience. Honestly, these people make my brain hurt.
