Who can participate in the RC?
-Any platform is accepted (PC, XB1, PS4), but it is only for Editors and Players.
Which game is this RC for?
-This is for Battlefield 1 only.
Where do we submit our responses?
-Head on over to discord.gg/ascend and look for the "#recruitment-challenge" text channel for all of the info on submitting
Where do I find clips for edit?
- Clips are located in the discord recruitment challenge details. Utilizing the clip pack is heavily preferred!
What if I have my own clips to edit?
- While this is a plus, to better judge your edit we prefer to see what you can do with the clips provided. If you do use your own, we can absolutely judge that as a response!
I'm an editor but cannot record cinematics, should I still enter if I'm interested in the team?
-Absolutely, we will help you understand the cinematic tools in ascend even if you don't have the knowledge during the challenge. Aim for engaging editing that you believe our audience will love!
How do I add the clantag to enter the RC as a player?
-In the main menu of BF1, there is the "Platoons" tab on the left side of the screen. Search for "Recruitment Challenge Ascend 2018" and join it *OR* you can create your own platoon as long as you have the clan tag set to [RCA]!
What is the deadline?
-This RC will run for around 3 weeks, we will provide the exact date in the discord. Please note that once they are closed, we will review the submissions which may take as long as a week before we post the results on Youtube!
