A Playboi Carti affiliate tweeted yesterday that supposedly, ASAP Rocky is not allowing him to release his album. With this seeming believable as Cart is signed under Rocky's AWGE label.. so is this true or another excuse for Playboi Carti not to drop I AM MUSIC?
