As I sat in a healing ceremony, I cried out for HELP!
“I can’t do this anymore, it’s uncomfortable and I want it to stop now.”
The facilitator looked me in the eyes and said, “Take your power back Elizabeth, use your tools…you are a breath work facilitator you know how to move stuck energy…BREATHE.”
She grabbed my water bottle and opened the lid and said…”Drink some water, water teaches us FLOW. Water teaches us to cleanse, let go, surrender and FLOW.”
I drank the water and allowed myself to really feel into the FLOW that water, rivers and rain teaches us. I cried.
FLOW is powerful.
It is NOT weakness.
So often we think of it as weak.
We see our femininity as fluffy and weak.
But have you ever seen a thunder storm in the jungle or a waterfall? How powerful it is. There is nothing weak about water. It knows when to be soft and when to be loud. When to cleanse and wash and when to use all of her life force energy and power.
Wealth EMBODIMENT is the embodiment of feeling abundant. Not just in my bank account but in the body. For years I would joke I was rich a girl but I had a broke little girl stuck inside of me.
Embodiment is to FEEL wealthy and BE wealthy.
