This is the fourth year in a row that I have made a self portrait! So, congratulations me. It feels weird, and conceited but it's also a great way of practicing the uncomfortable art of celebrating yourself, which is actually a very healthy indulgence.

This year I am coming off of a hiatus and a creative drought. But forcing myself to continue this tradition has given me the kick I needed to get back on the horse.
