A little vlog this week - Painting is my Happy Place! Thank heavens for creativity during these strange days huh? In this video, I am sharing some dream journaling where I describe a recurring one I've had since being a child & a few meanings behind them too. I've also been painting lots of flowers and have named this my Flower Power project now! I'm really inspired and back in my creative flow since moving into my new studio a few weeks ago. And, I've even changed my schedule again (!) to improve my time management, productivity and work-life balance. I hope it works because I do find myself working long hours in the week and it always spills over onto the weekends too. I would definitely like to prevent this & to be a good boss to myself prioritising my self-care and the need to inhale & exhale. I loved making this video for you and really hope you enjoy it.
