Watch Curtis Holder as he creates a portrait, and the decisions he makes along the way. In this video he shows how to get started and plan out the portrait, how he uses his pencils and how he focusses on the details. He also has some tips for tricky parts, like drawing hands, and what to do if there are parts of your portrait you are not sure about.
