This is a super rare interaction you can have with Tilly Jackson at camp. This chance encounter will only happen at the Horseshoe Overlook camp and it has to be early in the morning and it had to have rained the previous night. Not everyone can get this interaction as it only occurs very seldom. Ive been playing this game going on 4 years now and this is only the second time I got this interaction.
