The Halloween spirit swept over the office of Artec Ambassador Central Scanning this month as an army of small, frightening objects rose up and demanded to be scanned. Desktop 3D scanner Artec Micro was there to meet the challenge head on, scan after scan. Each little beastie hurled itself up onto the circular scanning platform and ordered the human to commence the operation at once. With a few clicks of the mouse, Micro's twin color cameras and blue LED lights surged to life and went to work, while the dual-axis rotation system swung and rotated each little fiend for a perfect digital copy with a minimum of frames captured. The nearly terrified humans were left speechless as they watched the ultra-high-precision color 3D scans come to life on the screen in real time.
