So...this is it. The end of this wonderful journey of painting through tough times. Art therapy is so super essential and sometimes I forget just how much it really helps with our mental health. I really do hope you watched this and felt an urge to paint something yourself. Or, to do any sort of creative thing your heart desires! Do what you love, and don't forget to just let go...

Like the end of the video said, I'm not sure what's next for this channel. But this process did inspire me to keep creating. So I hope to see you all soon!
