Finished pulling all the broken staples and nails out of my gorgeous reclaimed roofing wide pine boards and got most of the paper off.
Then my AMAZING parents helped me hand sand the floor. I didn’t want to take all the character off the boards so we didn’t use a sanding machine to do it. I needed to get enough off to not get splinters while still leaving all the great dents and dings. I wanted to leave as much character as possible while getting it clean enough to be able to stain and seal.
It’s so beautiful!
