We set the intention for this video by picking a card from my 71 artist "Art Poetry" card deck. I had a special appearance (well, helping hands...) in this video. My helper chose the card "Remember Your Breath", as well as , some mark making supplies to start my process.

I saw a beautiful shadow in the moment of the video and did a blind contour drawing with my black pen. Later to demonstrate some watercolour pencils over the pen marks.

I share my recent project ideas and artist that are inspiring me.
