Tarot was my "gateway" into the wondrous world of art. I always knew that, subjectively, some art was "pretty", and that pink was my "favourite colour", but I DIDN'T know it's potential to very subtly transform our life around is one potent SWOOP... depending on how we choose it! 🪄
Communicating through imagery is our original and innate way of telling stories. Unlike writing, it isn't taught. It doesn't need to be. Our use of the written and spoken word has taken a very feminine flow, wrapped in emotional intuition, in order to share our authenticity, and replaced it with a very rigid and limited form of communication.
Colours, shapes, positions, textures and shading are speaking a language to us everywhere we go. Forget about the tarot cards on your table (for now!), what is the art on WALLS of your HOME saying about you? Saying about your life, your choices, your future? The great thing is, there isn't really a wrong or right with art. Avoid jumping into a book to find out what colour your money spell candle should be. Here's a fab piece of photography that I stumbled across one evening during one of my most powerful manifesting summers (after a LOT of healing, epiphanies and embodiment practices!). It precisely describes both the excitement of possibility AND the unknowingness of fear without saying a single word at all... I want to remember that feeling forever; as forgetting the magick of adventure's twists and turns is a potential life sentence!!!
